Results

Numbers we'll stand behind on the call.

  • 55%faster delivery with agents in the loop
  • ~40%less design debt across 90+ brands
  • 150+products shipped since 2015
  • 4.9on Clutch, from verified reviews

Your engineers can build screens fast. Nobody checks if they're right.

Anyone can generate forty screens before lunch now, your engineers included. Nobody checks what users actually hit: the button that does nothing, the error nobody sees, the step that loses people. Output went up. The product got worse.

How it runs

Every fix runs this loop.

  1. AI agents
Pull what your analytics already flags, then decide which problems are worth a designer's time.
    Example: one sign-up fix
    Insight

People quit sign-up at Company size

Three of five recordings stop here. Clips attached.

  2. AI agents
Turn it into a brief with the recording and the numbers attached, groomed into your backlog.
    Senior designers
    Choose what's worth doing next.
    Example: one sign-up fix
    Brief

    Move the company size question

The evidence, the goal and what done looks like, in your backlog.

  3. AI agents
Draft three or four takes inside your design system, plus the states, sizes and assets.
    Senior designers
Pick the strongest take, or A/B test the best two. Kill what doesn't pass.
    Example: one sign-up fix
    Drafts

Three takes on the sign-up form

Drop the field, ask it later, or guess it from the email.

    Pavi picked the middle one

  4. AI agents
Export the design tokens your engineers build with.
    Senior designers
Specs and states, ready before the sprint starts.
    Your engineers
Pick it up in the sprint, like any other ticket.
    Example: one sign-up fix
    Spec

Sign-up form, ready for the sprint

Three states, two breakpoints, tokens included.

  5. AI agents
Check what shipped against the design and against Slop Patterns, the public catalog of AI design mistakes we maintain.
    Senior designers
Sign off, or send it back with a note.
    Your engineers
    Fix what's flagged.
    Example: one sign-up fix
    Flag

One team's copy shipped with the old button

One token off. Sent back to the ticket.

  6. AI agents
Watch how the release does in your analytics.
    Senior designers
Report what moved, in plain numbers.
    Example: one sign-up fix
    Report

    Sign-up, one week after release

More people finish. Next up: the settings page.

Then back to Watch, with what changed.

Who it's for

What each person on your team gets.

  • For the founder or CTO

One subscription instead of a hiring plan.

Senior design capacity sized to your engineering team, with agents doing the volume. 55% faster delivery, no recruiting, no ramp-up.

  • For the product manager

Every brief comes with its evidence.

The recording where users stall, the analytics behind it, the references. Decisions stop being one opinion against another.

  • For the engineering lead

Screens are ready before the sprint starts.

Briefs, states and edge cases arrive designed and checked against your system, so developers stop guessing and stop waiting on design.

How it starts

Three steps, and no long contract.

  1. A 30-minute call

What your engineers are waiting on, and where design pays back first.

  2. A two-week sprint

We write your standard down, connect the agents and ship the first fixes on real work.

  3. Month to month

We run design for you, with a senior review on everything. Stop any month.

Send your product. Get 3 fixes back.

Your email and a link. We review your live screens and send the 3 things we'd fix first, with screenshots and why. Within 24 hours. Yours either way.

What comes back

3 fixes, ranked

  1. What we saw, with a screenshot
  2. Why it costs you
  3. What we'd change

We reply within 24 hours. No deck, no pitch.

Questions

What engineering leaders ask first.

What exactly do we get?

Senior designers on subscription, plus agents running on your product: one reads analytics and session recordings and writes insights, one writes briefs, others draft the takes, states, sizes and assets inside your design system, and one checks what shipped against the design. A senior designer reviews every output before it reaches your team.

What does it cost?

It's scoped on the first call, by the size of your product and team, not by how big your budget looks. The 3 free fixes on your product come first, so you see the work before you see a number. Then a two-week sprint, then month to month.

Do we need designers of our own?

No. We are your design team. If you already have designers, our AI for design teams page is built for you: we set up the agents and your designers run them.

How does it fit with our engineers?

Your engineers keep their tools and their sprint. Specs and states land as tickets before the sprint starts, and after release we flag anything that drifted from the design. Nothing new to learn on their side.

Does it ship production code or mockups?

Designs in your Figma, with the specs and tokens your engineers build from. If you want it, we also hand over working front-end prototypes in code, so your engineers start from something that already behaves right. Your team owns the production code; we check what shipped against the design.

Will the output stay on our design system?

Yes. The agents work inside your system, and every output is checked against it and against Slop Patterns, our public library of AI design mistakes, before a designer sees it. If you don't have a design system yet, building it is the first thing we do.

Can our engineers use the same checks?

Yes. Slop Patterns runs as a free MCP server, so Cursor, Claude or any AI tool your engineers use can check screens against it before they reach us.

Whose accounts and data does this run on?

Yours. The agents read your analytics, recordings and design system with access you grant and can take back at any time, and the work we make for you is yours.

Can't we just do this with ChatGPT?

You can, and it will look like it. Our research found AI design tells on 47% of 2026 launch pages. The difference is the setup around the model: your rules written down, the checks, and a senior designer who decides.

How is this different from team extension?

Team extension adds designers to a team that already runs design. This runs design for you, end to end: it finds the work, briefs it, designs it, hands it off and checks it.

Who is this for?

Companies with a real engineering team and no design team, or a design team far smaller than the roadmap. If your engineers ship faster than design can keep up, this is the fix. It works the same for one product or a portfolio of sites and brands on one design system.
