Six ways in. The same senior pod behind all of them.

We work with two kinds of teams. Funded startups who need something real in front of users and investors before the next raise. And enterprise product teams whose software has outgrown the design underneath it. Both jobs are urgent, the bar is high, and hiring for it takes months you don't have.

Who this is for

We're a fit, or we'll say so on the call.

This is you

  • Your engineers are blocked, waiting on design that isn't coming.
  • People sign up, look around, and never reach the thing you built.
  • The product is strong and nobody can tell by looking at it.
  • There's a launch date that will not move and nothing to show yet.
  • Design lands on whoever has time that week, and it shows.
  • You tried freelancers, and the work stopped the day they did.

This is not us

  • A marketing site with no product work attached.
  • A strategy deck. We hand over screens, not slides about screens.
  • The cheapest hands you can find, billed by the hour.
  • One designer to sit in your standups and take tickets.
Where we pick it up

Same people, same seniority, same weekly rhythm. The only thing that changes is where we pick your product up.

Product redesign

Your product doesn't have a design problem. It has a decision problem.

Design as a service

Ongoing product design without building a design team in-house.

Services

UX design subscription

A pod on a flat monthly fee. Scale it up, pause it, keep the same people.

The model

You're buying a pod, not a pile of hours.

What it is

A small senior team, plus the AI tooling we built to carry the volume. Senior hands stay on judgment, which is the only part that was ever scarce.

How it's priced

Flat monthly, one month at a time. No hourly billing, so nobody is counting minutes on either side.

How fast it starts

Matched and working inside a week. The pod is people we already work with, not a search we start after you sign.

What you see

Working screens every week, in your Figma and your Slack. Never a month of silence and then a reveal.

How it flexes

Scale up before a launch, pause when it goes quiet. Your call, monthly, in writing.

Who you talk to

The founders. Pavi runs the design, Dilini runs how the work is governed. There is nobody else to be handed to.

Try before anything else

Send us one screen.

Pick the screen that's costing you the most. We redesign it in five working days, free, no contract. You keep the file whether or not we carry on.

01

You send the screen and tell us what it's supposed to do.

02

We redesign it in five working days, and walk you through why every change is there.

03

You keep the file. If it lands, we talk about a pod. If it doesn't, you're still one screen better off.

Send me the screen

One screen per company. We take three of these a month, so tell us early if your date is tight.

Before you book

What does it cost?
Flat and monthly, sized to the capacity you need and for how long. Tell us the shape of the work on a call and you get a number that week, with what's in it written down. We don't bill hourly, so the number doesn't move because a week ran long.
How fast can you actually start?
Inside a week from the call, usually sooner. The pod is people we already work with, not a search we start after you sign.
We already have designers. Does this still make sense?
That's most of what team extension is. We come in under your design lead, take the work queued behind everything else, and use your system rather than replacing it. If you'd rather we owned a surface end to end, we can do that instead.
Do you write the code?
We hand off to your engineers and stay on for design QA until what shipped matches what we agreed. For marketing sites and prototypes we build the front end ourselves. For your product, your team owns the codebase and we make their job easy.
Where does AI come into it?
It carries the volume: variations, states, edge cases, the parts that used to eat a week. Senior people keep the judgment and the final call, and everything is checked before it reaches you. That's what lets three people ship like eight. More on the approach page.
Can we pause or stop?
Monthly, in writing. Pause it for a quiet quarter and pick the same pod back up when the roadmap turns back on.
What timezone are you in?
Austin, Texas, with a senior team working globally. In practice you get real overlap with US and European hours, and something to look at most mornings.

Not sure which one is yours?

Twenty minutes with the founders. Describe the mess and we'll tell you which one fits, including when the answer is that you don't need us yet.
